Hanukkah is here! We need gifts for all eight nights. I also love hosting a delicious brunch or dinner with all of the essentials – latkes, lox + bagels, etc. Latkes are definitely a labor of love and totally count as a gift too.
Here are my gift picks for each night.
Night 1 – Hanukkah Gelt
Lets’ get some gelt going to kick things off. Try Mama Ganache’s ethically sourced milk chocolate, or vegan dark chocolate Hanukkah gelt. This is the quality stuff, from a small business in San Luis Obispo, CA. Comes in bags of 15 or 30. Try not to eat all of it on night one.
Night 2 – Something Sweet & Fun
Cookie decorating is not just for Christmas. Decorate Hanukkah-themed cookies with a DIY Hanukkah cookie decorating kit. This kills two birds because it is a treat and an activity.
Night 3 – Stay Cozy
Pajamas are one of the best holiday gifts. They work for every age. Here are a some options for her, for him, and for kids.
Night 4 – a festive Hanukkah candle
Homesick Candles has a Hanukkah-themed scent called Latkes and Lights. Perfect to set the mood for the rest of the week and make you crave more latkes.
Night 5 – baby’s first Nikes
How cute are these Nike sneakers? They come in several kid sizes from baby to big kid.
Night 6 – Play Catch
I used to love playing with these velcro catch gloves and balls when I was a kid, and I am so glad they are around. This set is fun and could work both indoors and outdoors. Another good activity to play during quality family time.
Night 7 – Read about Hanukkah at Bed time
Cozy up for some bed time reading with The Story of Hanukkah.
Night 8 – Something golden
I had to throw in a piece of jewelry here. So here are some gold chains to match the golden glow of the candles on your menorah.
