If you are stuck on what to get your partner for your anniversary, this post is for you. It can get tough to get creative each year. So, I didn’t follow the traditional anniversary gift guidelines with this one. Instead I wanted to give a little sampling of ideas from all ends of the spectrum. There are anniversary gift ideas in here for everybody!
Personalized
Customizing an anniversary gift gives it a nice sentimental touch, and these gifts often end up being what you hold on to for a long time. Here are some ideas –
- custom vinyl record. I thought this was such a sweet idea. You could put your wedding song on here, or another song that means something to you both. You can also put an image on the face of the record.
- Try this double sided mixtape version on the record if you want more songs on there.
- this pretty marble and wood monogram serving board
- matching sweat sets with your anniversary date on them. these would be cute to travel or just lounge in.
- a “where we met” or “where it all began” map. This is super sweet and meaningful, especially when you both love to tell the story about how your relationship started.
- This isn’t really personalized, but I thought it was a fun idea – a Date Night Ideas cards game. This should give you some fun new ideas for future dates.
- A customizable bottle opener.
For Your Home
I like the idea of an anniversary gift that you can both enjoy in the home you have made, or are making together. This could be a fun kitchen gadget, or just something to refresh your decor. My picks for this are –
- a fancy espresso machine
- soda stream to make your water bubbly
- Ice cream maker (I bought this one for my husband because he loves ice cream)
- A quality knife set – we have this one and the knives are amazing.
- vanity mirror
- new mugs – I think the blue & white floral print on these is so pretty.
- crystal champagne flutes – to celebrate on the date!
- this beautiful hand painted match box (this one looks like it is sold out right now, but any of the ceramics from Stephanie Dawn Matthias would be a beautiful gift)
Jewelry & Accessories
Fair warning to scroll on past some of the less-economical, shall we say, options in this section. I thought I’d throw a few high end options in here for when the occasion arises when you feel the need to go big. But you really can’t go wrong with a piece of jewelry or a nice watch for this occasion. Here are some of my favorites right now –
